Upcoming Releases Books
Have there been other movies like the upcoming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows?
By now we all know about the decision to split Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows into two parts to be released November 2010 and May 2011, but what I’m wondering is if it’s the first of its kind. The Lord of the Rings movies were filmed back-to-back but none of the books were split. I know there are other two part movies, such as Titanic, but the parts were released at the same time and shown together.
Can anyone think of any movies that were released in two separate parts (i.e. released on different days), yet the parts were filmed back-to-back? More simply, are there any other movies like Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows?
