Which college of art is the best illustration for design drawings or comics?

I want to major in Illustration addiction for design drawings and cartoons. No fashion illustration, or books for children. What college do you think is the best of your experience? Do not suggest the art institute because they have an illustration program, as I said depending on your experience? hunter is not an art school … I'd major in illustration .. not graphic design … I draw from life, I like to draw figure I am a very good artist … I want to get a degree in illustration .. do not know … there are tons of about them … Pratt, Parsons, SVA, Rhode Island .. they all illustration and are all good schools (some better than others).
