Authors Books Bible
Is there strong evidence to indicate that the authors of the books of the Bible did indeed exist?
If we could prove that the authors of the books of the Bible were real people and were responsible for transcribing God’s word, would that give people more reason to believe that the Bible was divinely inspired?
Is there more evidence, say, that Homer existed than there is that the authors of the Bible existed?
(I say ‘authors’ of the Bible- but I believe that God actually wrote the Bible through human hands)
Well, the bible did not write itself that we know for sure because it is here. The portions of the bible were found in many different places and not all in one place. If one person wrote the bible he or she would have put it all in one place so it was easier to find and put together.
The wording used in the same through out the book which it would not be if the writers were not instructed by something or someone. The intelligence that is put into the writings is very high, so it is not logical that all these people have such a superior intelligence. It is also not logical for the same person to detail the same events over and over. The fact that many wrote the same story but in words that were alike shows that some other force was present in depicting those words.
