Twenty-eight years, the Afro-American author, Nasha Swinson, inspires many people with his thought provoking poems. His book, "We Are Church: Power of Poems and Words of Inspiration was released in May 2008. It is a book of original poems and interesting texts and inspirational messages. Swinson is a minister at Spirit of Fire is located in Richmond, Va., under the ministry of Michael and Raquel Maye. She graduated from Oral Roberts University with a degree in psychology and is currently working with the youth challenge as a crisis counselor.
In December of 1995 at the age 14, Swinson knelt on the floor of his room, and received the gift of salvation after hearing for the first time a powerful spiritual message given to a youth service together. Hence, his curiosity about God and having a relationship with Jesus Christ became more intense. At age 15, she took a heartfelt decision to live a decent life before God at all costs. Swinson became very involved with youth in his church and other activities Christian. Through those years as a teenager, his desire to preach the gospel and serve the Lord with all his heart became more extreme.
In August 2001, Nasha Swinson attended Oral Roberts University, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. There she was challenged to go beyond Herizons in his ministry. She became very involved in litter weekly with youth and the homeless throughout his four years at the University. Swinson also participated in mission trips to Bulgaria in the summer of 2003 with a team of students in ORU affected litters different in the Gypsy communities. In summer 2004, it has in Singapore
congregation with a large Asian countries working with mentally disabled and youth. After his experience with a scope and mission of compassion for people Swinson grew more and more. Swinson plans "Be a blessing to his church, and get other people involved with ranges and missions.

I hear the sound of thunder
There is a soft whisper in the grass
Trees burst into laughter
That voice.
The leaves play, the moaning wind,
One thing I realize I could say
It is voice.
The voice in the thunder, the voice in the grass
The voice in the trees, the voices in the wind and leaves.
It is mild a word that can never be spoken by the mouths of men;
The kind that people long here every day that says:
I love you.
Thanks to the good, the bad
In your strengths and weaknesses,
It is bigger than your biggest dream
Your desire the deeper, beyond which we
Body, soul and spirit
The voice of the creator of the voice
And the sounds of thunder, grass,
trees, wind and leaves.
There is another rumor that I hear
A multitude of voices from every nation, tribe, language and
Worship the creator of the voice;
He lives in the sounds of the crowd.
The creator of votes stands;
The earth trembles,
Every knee is bent and every voice is silent
Other than the creator of the vote.
It is the voice that we should submit to
The only true voice that has the power
And the power to change lives
In the blink of an eye
With one word
With voice.
