Recommendations for martial arts books?
I’m looking for recommendations of martial arts books on the topic of the science fighting just an overview of how the human body reacts to the training and the occurrence within the body.
David Lowry has some great books out there. Read any of them as they delve into the past relationships with the present in terms of martial arts and science.
