Most of the time, the author makes connections to his life and places them in their writing and leaves the reader to identify these links. This gives the reader a better understanding of the text and they can easily connect to the piece of writing as the author did. Their Eyes Were Watching God is one of those books. In the book, Zora Neale Hurston describes her life with Janie and showed the difficulty of women as it arises not only society but also their own relationships.
It is really great but I wouldnt end with the word "too" as thats what i think makes us realize it is perhaps a little more, not only society but also their own relationships. could become (Not perfect but) not only society, but within their own relationships. or something similar
