So you're a novelist and use the PC.
You do not have a Mac, but need a toolkit authoring for your PC. In this case, you want to check that writing software is available on the PC. Below you will find a selection of some of the best and / or the most popular.
Writing a book, short story or research paper is more than just hammering away at the keyboard until made. It is the research, scribbling ideas fragmentary do not seem to be any time, collecting faded photos of old newspapers, flying index cards to find this elusive structure. Most writing software is fired after a great deal of work is already done. Having one: writing software that stays with you the first idea informs all the way through the first – or even final – draft. Lines and structure your ideas. Take notes. Storyboard your masterpiece using a powerful virtual bulletin board. View research while you write. Follow themes using keywords. Dynamically combine multiple scenes into a single text just to see how they fit. Creation software has already been enthusiastically adopted by best-selling novelists and novices alike – whatever you write, grow your ideas with style.
PageFour allows you to edit and organize your messages in a tabbed interface. It provides word processing capabilities and outlining, and – probably Most of the product Scrivener viewed on Mac, but here on Windows. It also provides versions (called "Snapshots" in PageFour). Highly recommended.
RoughDraft is a great piece of software organization that lets you create and edit rich text files in a tabbed interface, organize in Windows Explorer as a sidebar, and keep notes on each one. Unlike other writing software mentioned here, retains RoughDraft not files within its own package, but instead of AIDS comes from you organize your hard drive. Recommended.
WriteWay Pro is a tool designed to be a professional writer. It limits you to use the laws, chapters and scenes, but apart from that there is enough free form with a stamp "scratch" storage ideas or scenes that you do not know what to do with. He has decent skills word processing, but for me it's a little more complicated and clumsy, with the possibility of completing forms numerous articles on characters, which should arrive in chapters and so on. I prefer my software does not get faster, but let me get on with things. However, WriteWay Pro seems powerful and relatively flexible, and is quite popular.
Liquid Story Binder seems to have had a similar idea for me to allow writers to store and view their research in the same application as they do their writing. It lets you view multiple images and files, even if it does force you to do in windows different. It also has a decent system of labeling and other tools to the creative writer.
StoryView is a singular idea and potentially very powerful. It is essentially a ring, except that while being able to post your story in a scenario Traditional (ISH) outliner, you can also see it as a storyboard hiearchical. Then at the top, you have a very wide area that may be a description of your book as a whole, below you can have three boxes describing the three main sections of the book under each of these, you can have multiple boxes chapters describing each part, and so on. Definitely worth trying out.
NewNovelist seems to be one of the most popular titles of creative writing software available on the PC. I'm not a big fan of myself, but it seems to have understood quite a good review of the Sunday Times (depending on their site), and I do not owe the debt a NewNovelist big as it gave me the initial spark of inspiration for Scrivener. The problem with NewNovelist is that, although maintains a list of your documents on the left and lets you create and edit text on the right, it is very rigid and stereotyped. It forces you to divide your writing into twelve parts, which are based (through various annoying prompts on the screen) on
