Big Why: The most important key to your home business is your success largely why. You must have a reason to start your business home that is bigger than you. It could be to quit your job. We could spend more time with your family and help your children. It could be starting a store Humane Society. Your most important reason, because having a big reason why will automatically ensure that you continued dedication, never give up attitude, a positive attitude and you will have the motivation to continue learning. Much of the reason will ensure that you continue to work even during difficult times. A large WHY ensures that you do not give up.

Mentor: The best way to succeed at all is to find someone who knows how to do it and learn from them. Whenever I want to learn something, I read as much as I can about this and I think the person most experienced I can find to look from. That's exactly what I did when I started my home business.

You must have a perspective that you will listen to your mentors and learn from them. Remember they have probably tried everything you know already. Do not Go Off on a different path than your mentor is guiding you down. If you try something different, you should talk with your mentor.

Some very experienced people know things that you can not write a book.

A good example of this is my experience as Space Shuttle Inspector. All the classrooms of my training did not prepare me for what it's like to work with people and make decisions about the space flight hardware that could affect the mission and impact the safety of the crew.

Belief: Starting a home business requires effort, but with one big reason, a good mentor, and the belief that what you are doing something good for this world, you can succeed.

If you join a work at home company, you must believe in the company you're promoting.

Belief starts now. It is much easier to believe a company with extensive experience and reputation to believe in a start-up. How win you believe in a home business company? Get involved and learn more about the company. Start using the company's products. Learn what the company represents. Is the only company to make lots of money? The company has greater reason for its existence? What the company in large part why? The answers to these questions will help you choose a business success.
